Whats your return policy?

Simple, you don’t like it, you send it back, and we will give you your money back on your undamaged frame, the only thing we ask is that you contact us at support@penhalebicycleco.com - the only stipulations are that frame is packaged well to avoid damage and the purchaser pays return shipping.

Sticker me, steekers meester, can I have some?

Shoot us an email at support@penhalebicycleco.com with your address and a note saying why we should send you stickers and we’ll drop some in the mail to you.

Replacement frame decals?

Oooh that’s a good one, if you have a new Gypsy, B’Stard, or Vagabond frame, shoot us an email at support@penhalebicycleco.com and we’ll get you some mailed out at no charge

Where can I get a replacement derailleur hanger?

Check the store for the hanger option that works best for you - The Grytstone uses a unique full dropout design that is very strong, but if you do damage it we offer replacements - that will be available for purchase. The Gypsy, B'Stard and Vagabond all share the same hanger design and we sell hangers compatible with either standard 135mm x 10mm QR axles, or 142mm Shimano type through axles. If any options are out of stock, please send us an email at support@penhalebicycleco.com

What is the warranty on the frames and forks?

All the Penhale frames and forks are covered by a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects while still owned by the original purchaser, and is not transferable or assumable. However, if there is ever an issue with one of our frames that's not covered by the warranty we offer a crash/damage replacement program where we'll sell you a heavily discounted frame as a replacement if available.  

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover damage due to bad or incorrect assembly of the frame. Damage due to modifications post-sale, or the installation of ill-fitting or incompatible components. Damage due to misuse/neglect or riding the frame above its capabilities.

What is the warranty on components?

All the Penhale components are covered by a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects while still owned by the original purchaser. However, if there is ever an issue with one of our parts or components that's not covered by the warranty, we can look at it on a case-by-case basis. All non-Penhale components are covered by their respective manufacturers.
